Requirements for source databases
There are no specific requirements for the source database, as the connector does not establish a connection with it.
Requirements for staging/target databases
The staging and target environments have the same set of requirements for YugabyteDB.
Limitations

V2P is not supported.

Point-in-time recovery is not supported. Provision/refresh/rewind time is based on snapshot only.

Yugabyte Anywhere (YBA) does not support assigning Masters on dedicated nodes.

Each dSource snapshot reflects the latest completed backup. You cannot select a specific incremental backup or restore to a point in time.

Only YSQL databases are restored. Tablespaces are not restored, and NFS is not supported as a backup storage type.
