Add a source configuration to your staging environment before you link a MongoDB dSource. The source configuration identifies the MongoDB instance that DCT will ingest data from.

Procedure

  1. Open Infrastructure Connections.

  2. Click View to open the staging environment.

  3. Open the Data tab.

  4. Expand the MongoDB installation where you want to add the source configuration.

  5. Scroll to the Data Sources section and click + Source Database.

  6. In the Add Database dialog, enter a name for your source configuration (for example, mongo-src-config) and click Save.

  7. Confirm the new source configuration appears in the Data Sources list.
