Batch operation approval and session telemetry

Delphix MCP Server v2026.0.3.0-preview adds batch approval for multi-step AI workflows and opt-in local session telemetry with a session_origin field. It also fixes a sensitive-input gate deadlock in non-capturing MCP clients and prevents phantom environment_password prompts from blocking dSource linking.

Version 2026.0.2.0 - June 26, 2026
Preview release

Dynamic mode is now the default toolset for the DCT MCP Server. The server uses the discovery and execute tools to call DCT APIs based on the OpenAPI specification downloaded at startup. The server validates requests, requires confirmation for destructive operations, and supports asynchronous job handling.
