Check all files recovered sufficiently

Staging push requires that all datafiles be recovered sufficiently. The following query is used during pre-snapshot validation.

select greatest( 

  (select checkpoint_change# 

          from v$database), 

  (select max(checkpoint_change#) 

   from v$datafile) ) as required_recovery_point 

from dual; 

All datafiles ( besides PDB$SEED files ) must be recovered to this point.
