Before running compliance jobs, configure the execution infrastructure used to process masking workloads. Continuous Compliance in DCT uses Job Orchestrators and Compliance Nodes to manage and distribute job execution. Job Orchestrators manage job queues and execution placement, while nodes provide the compute capacity required to run compliance jobs.
To set up the infrastructure:
-
Create a Job Orchestrator.
-
Register the Compliance Engine or engines that will run compliance workloads.
-
Associate each registered engine with a Job Orchestrator as a Compliance Node.
When you register a Compliance Engine, you create the engine entry once. Then associate that engine with an orchestrator as a Compliance Node so the engine can execute compliance jobs.
Once the infrastructure is configured, you can connect data sources and begin defining compliance policies.
