Use this task to update the configuration of an existing connector. You can modify connection details such as credentials or connection properties if the data source configuration changes.

Only DCT-managed connectors can be edited. Connectors that are visible through enterprise integrations cannot be modified.

Steps

  1. In the left navigation pane, click Compliance > Connectors.

  2. In the connectors list, click View next to the connector you want to edit.

  3. To make changes, do one of the following:

    1. Click Actions and Select Edit Connector, or

    2. Click Edit in the Configuration, and Tags section.

  4. Update the fields as required.

  5. Click Update.

After editing a connector, it is recommended to run Test Connection to ensure that the updated configuration can successfully connect to the data source.
