This framework generates values by selecting from multiple generators or fixed values using a weighted percentage distribution. Use this framework when you want to control the statistical spread of generated values across multiple possible outputs.

Configuration fields
The Distribution Generator uses a Distribution Builder instead of individual fields. You can add up to 5 items, where each item is a reference to an existing generator, an embedded Seed List generator, or a fixed value, assigned a percentage weight. Weights must total 100%. Click + Add Item to proceed.

| Item type: Generator | Select an existing generator to use as a source for this distribution slot. |
| Item type: Fixed Value | Enter a static value to use for this distribution slot. |
| Weight (%) | The percentage of generated rows that should use this item. All item weights must sum to 100%. |
| Balance | Automatically distributes weights equally across all added items. |
| Shuffle output (randomize order in generated data) | When enabled, randomizes the order of generated values in the output. (Enabled by default) |
Business Rule Generator, Multi-Output Business Rule Generator, and Database Lookup Generator cannot be embedded in a Distribution Generator item list.
