Include analytics data when Delphix Support requests it for a performance investigation or when the support workflow indicates that the data is required. Analytics data is optional and is not included automatically. In workflows that provide an Analytics option, the default analytics portion is limited to approximately 10 MB.
Before you begin
- Confirm that Delphix Support requested analytics or performance diagnostics for the issue.
- Confirm that the selected product and version support analytics data in a support bundle and provides an option to include it.
Procedure
- Start the support bundle or support log generation workflow for your product.
- Open the advanced support bundle options, if the workflow provides them.
- Choose the option to include analytics data.
- Generate the support bundle.
- Transfer the bundle directly or download it for manual upload.
Result
The support bundle includes analytics or performance diagnostic information when the selected product and version support that option. The analytics portion is limited to approximately 10 MB by default.
